Héritage. Craft. Conscious Living.
By purchasing from Greenhouse Marché, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Due to the nature of our inventory—often limited, one-of-a-kind, and sourced in small quantities—once an item is purchased, it is considered sold. Greenhouse Marché specializes in heritage, vintage, and artisan-made goods. Many of our pieces are antique, handmade, or naturally aged over time. As such, items will show signs of age and character, including but not limited to patina, rust, surface wear, chipping, cracking, and variations in tone or texture. These characteristics are not defects, but a reflection of the object’s history and authenticity. No two pieces are alike, and natural variation is to be expected. We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible; however, colors and scale may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings. Customers are responsible for reviewing all images and descriptions prior to purchase. All items are inspected prior to sale. If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review. Shipping timelines may vary. Larger or fragile items may require additional handling time or freight services. Greenhouse Marché is not responsible for carrier delays once items are in transit. Many items are intended for decorative or light functional use. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, outdoor exposure unless specified, or lack of appropriate care. All trade and wholesale purchases are final sale and subject to these same terms. Trade discounts are non-transferable and may not be extended to third parties. Greenhouse Marché reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our discretion. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Each piece carries a past—marked by time, shaped by hand, and chosen with intention.
